If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in the original packaging in unused condition.

Custom-Cut products (including Convection Tubing and Agritape Heat Mats) cannot be returned. These products are backed by our performance guarantee. If you have trouble with these items, please reach out for assistance.

All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us before sending back your items to ensure we can process your return promptly.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
