Agritape Control Units

Two types of Agritape Control Units are available: AT-1 and AT-JR. The AT-1 controls up to 120 feet of Agritape on a 20-amp service line. Temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat featuring a bulb sensor with a 3-foot lead and an 8-foot cord. A light indicates when the heaters are on. A ground wire connects to the screen that provides system ground. Four receptacles are provided for additional heaters, and more heaters can be added by using a 20-amp rated plug-in multi-outlet (not provided). An attractive brushed aluminum finish and quality components assure years of service.

The AT-JR is designed for smaller systems and controls up to 80 feet of Agritape. The controller is 13-amp rated and has two receptacles. The thermostat and box are the same high quatity as AT-1. The cord is 2 1/2 feet long.

Grounding Screen

Uncoated aluminum mesh screen is available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-foot widths. A wider screen spanning several side-by-side tapes makes a better work surface than several 1-foot screens. One ground connection will suffice for the screen. A ground screen is necessary for a safe installation.

Agritape Heaters

We stock Agritape Heaters in standard lengths of 10, 12, 16, 20, and 25 feet. Custom lengths can be ordered in any length up to 25 feet. Prepackaged Agritape Heat Mat Kits consisting of heater and screen are available in 4-foot and 10-foot lengths.
